With over 35 years of international experience in business development, strategy, business insights, and executive coaching. He has a proven track record in building and optimizing business insights and strategy functions at executive level.

Known for his charismatic style, Joost excels at translating complex topics into clear, accessible insights, often with a touch of humor. His engaging approach and strong presentation skills make him a highly valued mentor and leader in his field. Joost holds an MBA in strategy from UAMS (University of Antwerp Management School), studied corporate strategy at Harvard Business School and graduated as an engineer in microelectronics from the HTS in the Netherlands.

As a senior certified coach, he holds the practitioner coaching diploma of the TPC Institute (UK) and a Master of Science in Coaching and Personal Development from the University of Portsmouth. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the Columbia Coaching Learning Association, the Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches (NOBCO) and the Institute of Coaching (Harvard Medical School affiliate).
