How we work
Coaching programs
Usually at least six individual or team sessions. Each one ends with an action plan, reviewed at the start of the next.
Sounding board sessions
For executives and board members: challenging conversations on vision, strategy and operations, rather than classic coaching.
Coaching credits for companies
One contract for 10, 20, 30 or more hours, which any employee can use when needed.
Our coaches choose from more than 160 tools and techniques, including Appreciative Inquiry, the Assagioli Will Model, EMDR, Enneagram, the High Performance Model, Inner Game, the Johari Window, the Karpman Triangle, Moho, T-GROW and the Pygmalion Effect. From a business perspective: analytical and strategic tools such as the Adoption Curve, Associative Thinking, the Business Model Canvas, Core-Context Analysis, Maba, segmentation, scenario planning and TOWS.
Assessments
A clearer view of yourself, as input for your coaching. We use one or more of these six.
DISC
How you communicate, cooperate and respond to conflict and stress.
360-degree feedback
How your manager, colleagues and team see your skills, next to your own view.
Emotional intelligence (EQ)
How well you recognize and use emotions, your own and those of others.
VIA character strengths
Your profile of 24 character strengths, and how to use your top ones.
Leadership assessment
Your leadership profile and style, with strengths and weaknesses.
MTQ+ mental toughness
How you deal with stress, pressure and setbacks.
Coaching for intelligence professionals
A world-class intelligence function depends on its people. Joost Drieman is both an intelligence expert and an executive coach: a rare combination that helps insights professionals grow and makes the whole function more effective.
